Mixed-mode full (failure) separation under the Alfano-Crisfield power-law criterion.
Opening:

where \(\delta_c\) is the critical
separation supplied by an upstream CamanhoDavilaCriticalSeparation. Compression:
\(\delta_f = 2 G_{IIc}/S\).
